The client agrees to pay a session fee of £100 for studio bookings or £120 for an outdoor session at the time of booking to secure the session date and time.
The session fee includes one 8 x 10 inch professionally retouched print of the client's favourite image from the session.
Additional fees for prints, digital files, or other products will be outlined in the investment guide provided separately.
All fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced
Cancellation and Rebooking Policy:
Cancellations must be made no less than 24hours before the scheduled session date.
The session fee is non-refundable for no shows.
If the client needs to rebook we will offer an alternative date that suits both the photographer and client.
Denise Rigler Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or illness. In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time.
Dangerous Behaviors and Health Conditions:
The client agrees to inform the photographer of any dangerous behaviours or health conditions of the pet before the session start date.
Dangerous behaviours may include, but are not limited to, aggression, fearfulness, or any actions that may pose a risk to the safety of the photographer or others present during the session.
Health conditions may include, but are not limited to, allergies, injuries, or illnesses that may impact the pet's ability to participate in the session.
Included Products:
The session fee includes one 8 x 10 inch professionally retouched print of the client's favourite image taken on the day of the session.
Additionally, the client will receive a complimentary corresponding digital photo for social media usage only.
Copyright and Usage:
The photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the session.
The client is granted personal usage rights to reproduce and display the images for non-commercial purposes.
The complimentary digital photo may be used on social media platforms only.
Commercial use of the images is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Denise Rigler Photography.
Model Release:
The client grants the photographer the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the photographer's website, portfolio, and social media.
Behavior and Safety:
The client is responsible for the behaviour of their pet during the session.
The photographer reserves the right to halt the session if the pet becomes stressed, aggressive or poses a safety risk.
While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the session, Denise Rigler Photography cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
Delivery of Images:
The photographer will provide the client with a sneak peek or proof gallery within 7 days of the session date.
Final edited images will be delivered to the client within 14 days in a format specified by the photographer.
Editing and Retouching:
The photographer will provide basic editing and retouching of the images in their own style.
Additional retouching requests may incur an additional fee.
