Outdoor Session Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Outdoor Dog Photography Sessions
These terms and conditions govern all outdoor dog photography sessions conducted by Denise Rigler Photography ("Photographer") By booking a session, the client ("Client") agrees to the following terms:

Booking and Payment
1. Session Fee: The session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
2. Session Confirmation: The session is confirmed upon receipt of the session fee.
3. Time and place of the session will be agreed upon with the Client and Photographer on the consultation phone call prior to the session.

Cancellation Policy
1. Rescheduling:
* If the Client wishes to reschedule, they must notify the Photographer at least 48 hours before the session.
* One reschedule is allowed without penalty, subject to the Photographer’s availability.
2. Cancellations:
* Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will result in a refund of 50% of the session fee.
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
3. Weather Conditions:
* If inclement weather or unsafe conditions arise, the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session at no additional cost to the Client.

No-Show Policy
1. If the Client fails to attend the session without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited.
2. A new booking and payment will be required for any future sessions.

Photography Session Guidelines
1. Safety and Behaviour:
* Dogs must remain on a leash unless in a designated off-leash area and only if safe to do so.
* The Client is responsible for the behaviour and safety of their dog(s) during the session.
2. Session Duration:
* Sessions are scheduled for 2 hours and will begin promptly at the agreed time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.

Image Usage and Copyright
1. The Photographer retains copyright to all images created during the session.
2. The Client is granted a limited license for personal use of the purchased images. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3. The Photographer may use images for promotional purposes, including on social media and their portfolio, unless the Client provides written notice otherwise prior to the session.

Liability
1. The Photographer is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the session.
2. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer from any claims arising from the session.

Agreement
By booking a session, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
